A poster on the wall shows a young, blonde woman. With a heavily made-up face, bright rose-colored cheeks and a thickly applied yellow eye shadow, she looks off to the side at an angle and blows a large bubble gum bubble. The poster reads "your head counts on our team."
On a poster on the wall are two young men on a stage. They are fervently playing guitar and rocking hard. On the poster it says "your rhythm is what counts on our team."

Imagine working at IT-Kompass

You might frequently work from home while other colleagues prefer to spend the whole week at the office – this freedom is a given at IT-Kompass. During the workday, you often exchange ideas with colleagues via MS Teams. Meetings are really only made when necessary, and you organize these yourself. Equipped with the latest technology, you work efficiently and comfortably. Interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues is pleasant and uncomplicated.

If you plan to be in the office, you can easily reserve a workstation. It's also really nice here out in the country: it's green everywhere, the birds are chirping, and you can enjoy the fresh air to the fullest. When you're at the office, you can bring your lunch and sit downstairs in the kitchen with other colleagues. But today, for example, the plan is different! There are various restaurants nearby. For lunch, everyone is going to meet at "Becher" in Donzdorf. After that, you have a few more customer meetings, some planning for your main project, and then it's already time to call it day.

At IT-Kompass, you enjoy a lot of freedom to make decisions and have enough room for your ideas. What's the workday like at your current job?

Getting your bearings

Many people use social media on a daily basis while others use it less frequently or only use specific services. But one thing is clear: Facebook, kununu & Co. are excellent sources of unfiltered information and a great way for job seekers to get to know potential employers before they even make contact.

Joining a company should be the start of a long-term, interesting relationship that offers a high level of fulfillment. Like any good relationship, it should contain the right mix of togetherness, self-determination, excitement and even some positive stress. In an open, honest environment where you feel comfortable, you can and may take risks and be yourself at the same time.

So, take a moment to get to know us a little better before you swipe left or right.
