You might frequently work from home while other colleagues prefer to spend the whole week at the office – this freedom is a given at IT-Kompass. During the workday, you often exchange ideas with colleagues via MS Teams. Meetings are really only made when necessary, and you organize these yourself. Equipped with the latest technology, you work efficiently and comfortably. Interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues is pleasant and uncomplicated.
If you plan to be in the office, you can easily reserve a workstation. It's also really nice here out in the country: it's green everywhere, the birds are chirping, and you can enjoy the fresh air to the fullest. When you're at the office, you can bring your lunch and sit downstairs in the kitchen with other colleagues. But today, for example, the plan is different! There are various restaurants nearby. For lunch, everyone is going to meet at "Becher" in Donzdorf. After that, you have a few more customer meetings, some planning for your main project, and then it's already time to call it day.
